(Al-Fajr) 89 : 14
إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ
Indeed, your Lord is ever watching.
This means that even though no one sees the Lord, He is observing everyone without being affected by sleep or slumber. See explanation 17: 17, 30; 85: 9 and 12-16.
